Burnaby, BC – The WLA is pleased to present the Inspirational and Unsung Hero Award to Derek Lloyd from the Victoria Shamrocks. This award is given to the player judged to be valuable and inspirational yet approaches his role quietly; the league’s “Unsung Hero”. Derek is an intense competitor who leads both on and off the floor and is a key contributor to the Shamrocks.
