Trade Alerts: Jones, Penney Traded for Draft Picks

A pair of trades have been approved by the Commissioner of the Western Lacrosse Association.

The Nanaimo Timbermen have sent the playing rights of Randy Jones (18 goals, 11 assists in 2016) to the Coquitlam Adanacs in exchange for a 3rd round draft pick in the 2018 Graduating Junior Draft.

The New Westminster Salmonbellies have sent the playing rights of Eric Penney (.823 save percentage, 7.80 goals against average in 2016) to the Burnaby Lakers in exchange for a 2nd round draft pick in the 2019 Graduating Junior Draft.
