WLA Seeking Nanaimo Home Game Scorer
The Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) is seeking applications to fill the position of Scorekeeper for games in Nanaimo. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate scoring and recording of every game in Nanaimo, including goals, assists, penalties, face offs, and other details as specified by the League Statistician.
The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of box lacrosse, it's rules, and scorekeeping conventions. Prior scorekeeping experience is highly desirable.
A per-game stipend is offered to the successful candidate. Additional, a per-season stipend is given to maintain your own equipment; the Scorekeeper will provide and maintain their own laptop computer.

If you are looking for an exciting game day role, and are interested in growing the game of lacrosse, please forward your resume and cover to Lenora Murrin, WLA Statistician at [email protected]. This posting will remain open until both positions are filled.
The WLA thanks everyone for their submissions, but only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
